Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support a growing national client base. This role involves field IT/telecom tasks, including OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across varied sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining professionalism and responding to service requests within your territory. On-call availability is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• One of the following certifications: A+ or Network+, or 5+ years verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across diverse environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call for service within territory.
