Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with field duties across multiple sites and environments.

You will perform OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work, often on-call within your territory. A valid driver’s license and your own tools are required.

Qualifications

• IT/Telecom experience required; 1 year preferred
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification, or 5+ years field experience

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling: drilling, running, and dressing cables
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments
• Be on-call and respond to service requests within territory
