Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond helpdesk tasks, including OS installs, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across multiple sites.

You will work independently in various environments such as retail, medical facilities, restaurants, and corporate offices. On-call availability and a strong emphasis on professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• One of the following certifications: A+ or Network+; or 5+ years verifiable field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across diverse environments (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within your territory.
