AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This role involves hands-on IT and telecom tasks beyond the desk—installations, cabling, telecom work, and site surveys across multiple environments.

Ideal candidates have IT/Telecom experience, relevant certifications, and a willingness to travel. The position is on-site, with on-call requirements and pay based on-site hours. Comprehensive travel pay is included for defined territories.

Formación

• 1 year of IT or Telecom field experience required.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.
• 5+ years of verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom is acceptable as alternative.

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within your territory.
