Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote IT support for franchise locations in the Southeast. The role involves hardware installs, store builds, and on-site training from Clearwater, FL, traveling as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in IS or 3+ years IT experience, a valid FL license, and strong troubleshooting. The team focuses on reliable store operations and proactive IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or at least 3 years IT experience.
• A valid FL driver's license and a clean driving record.
• To be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and technical support to franchise locations.
• Delivers remote desktop support for Windows 11 and standard business applications.
• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues.
• Sets up and supports Local Area Networks, VPN connections, and related network equipment.
• Travels on-site as needed for hardware installations, break/fix support, and new store build-outs.
• Provides on-site user training for standard and proprietary software applications.
• Terminates, tests, and troubleshoots network cabling.
• Follows company installation standards, documentation procedures, and quality control guidelines.
