Qualifications

• 60% plus Travel required.
• Service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to remote jobsites.
• Prioritize problems and incidents to internal teams.
• Manage printer hardware and software throughout jobsites.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Office)

Physical Installation of Meraki networks

Basic Knowledge of Cisco AV Room kits (Webex)

Adaptive and willing to learn business processes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Tools
