Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in IT.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs).
• Service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support to remote jobsites.
• Perform post-resolution follow-ups to requests and incidents.
• Manage printer hardware and software throughout jobsites.
• Provide technical assistance for project planning and support.

Skills

Communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft products
