Arcosa Construction Products Group is seeking a dependable Field IT Support Technician based in Tinton Falls, NJ to provide hands‑on technical support across quarry, asphalt, and recycling plant locations. You will support day‑to‑day IT operations in rugged environments to ensure reliable technology for safe operations.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT support, strong Windows and networking skills, and travel up to 75%. A valid driver’s license and potential certification bonuses are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in field or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
• Comfort working independently and traveling up to 75%.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work in outdoor, dusty, and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic network equipment at plant and field locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues according to IT standards.
• Support plant‑critical systems including scale, GPS units, Zebra printers, and rugged tablets.
• Assist with installation and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks, including CAT6 cabling in industrial settings.
• Manage Service Desk tickets in ServiceNow and document resolutions.
• Track and maintain IT assets across plant locations.
• Provide basic IT training and cybersecurity best practices to plant personnel.
