Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to install, configure, test and deploy hardware and software across store locations. Travel will be required between Southern Vermont stores and a few in New Hampshire, with some overnight or early-morning shifts.

You will provide end-user training and technical support as part of a collaborative IT team, tackling infrastructure upgrades, data migrations, and new hardware deployments while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; BA/BS preferred, or 3+ years of technical training/certifications.
• 5+ years' technical systems experience; 2+ years' technical support in retail tech preferred.
• 2+ years' experience with store systems, hardware and installation/ config experience.

Responsibilities

• Support standard hardware and systems across Shaw's stores.
• Repair PC/Server hardware, network hardware, RF hardware and printers.
• Provide end-user IT support and train users on deployed tech.
• Plan and execute projects: network upgrades, data migrations, new hardware.
• Travel to Albertsons-owned stores; up to 25% travel involved.
