Job summary

Arctiq: Intelligent Architecture seeks a PC Technician to provide onsite IT support across multiple locations in the Greater Orange, NJ area. This temporary assignment focuses on workstation and printer setup, basic troubleshooting, and IT equipment inventory with local travel.

The role requires 1–2 years of IT support experience, hands-on PC and printer setup, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is needed for travel between sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel between locations to provide onsite IT connections.
• Set up and configure PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, workstation, and printer issues.
• Assist with equipment moves, replacements, and installations.
• Capture and maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
• Document work performed and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide professional and responsive support to staff.
