Vinson Group LLC is seeking a Field Team Lead to manage client IT support and lead field technicians in multiple sites. The role focuses on understanding client day-to-day needs, moving projects forward, and owning KPIs for accounts.

You will schedule technicians, train new team members, and participate in client meetings to guide topics and ensure quality service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on IT support, networking, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, communicate, and manage task execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide support for technology-related projects (e.g., camera systems, room wiring, lifecycle plans).
• Lead projects and coordinate with network team to implement standardized solutions.
• Monitor tickets to ensure KPI compliance and timely closure.
• Schedule Field Technicians by location and assign tickets.
• Act as mentor and conduct annual reviews and weekly team huddle.
