Job summary

Accord Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Technician to support a designated area of restaurant technology across Taco Time NW locations.

The role requires travel to multiple restaurants to install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, network, and POS systems while maintaining accurate service records. You will assist with installations, updates, and documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors and the IT Director.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant technology infrastructure including network, POS, and surveillance.
• Travel regularly to Taco Time NW restaurants for on-site support.
• Troubleshoot IT/POS issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain service records and update documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and report issues to IT Director.
• Assist in hardware and software installations and updates.
• Manage help desk tickets and daily assignments.
• Ensure network connectivity and security at locations.
• Prepare technical documentation.
