Job summary

Taco Time NW is seeking an IT Systems Technician to support restaurant technology across our Tacoma area and beyond. The role requires frequent travel to corporate-owned Taco Time NW locations to install, maintain and repair hardware, software and POS systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on IT support, strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple tickets while following standardized processes. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

This position prefers a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; experience may substitute.
Two or more years of hands-on IT support, ideally in restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair restaurant technology hardware and software.
Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple restaurant locations.
Manage help desk tickets and document repair actions and status updates.
Travel regularly to Taco Time NW restaurants for on-site service.
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues to the Director of IT.
Maintain network connectivity, security, and restaurant POS systems.
