Job summary

The role includes maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software across the state. The candidate will provide professional customer service, perform field service to upgrade hardware, and respond to system failures or emergencies while ensuring cyber security policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 2 years - Experience setting up computers, peripherals and AV equipment.
• 2 years - Experience working with LAN/WAN networks.
• 2 years - Experience implementing infrastructure hardware, addressing emergencies, and cyber security policies.
• Experience providing phone-based technical support.
• Experience in computer hardware and software support and maintenance.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Associate's Degree in computer science, computer technician, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance and support for the client's software and hardware.
• Installs, configures and troubleshoots computer hardware and software throughout Wisconsin.
• Provides technical customer support to all court system employees.
• Performs field service to upgrade hardware or resolve technology issues.
• Responds to unplanned events such as system failures or natural disasters.
