Pediatrics Plus is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and systems across our locations. You will provide both remote and onsite support and travel to locations as needed to keep technology reliable and efficient.

The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with Windows environments, and knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Join a healthcare-focused team delivering essential tech support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
3+ years of IT support experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Windows computers, software applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments preferred.
Experience troubleshooting basic networking and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support hardware, software, and technology systems.
Provide remote and onsite technical support to team members.
Travel regularly to Pediatrics Plus locations to provide onsite IT support.
Document work performed, equipment changes, and unresolved issues after site visits.
Collaborate with IT team and outside providers on maintenance and projects.
