Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Windows computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to team members both remotely and onsite.
• Travel to locations for onsite IT support.
