Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Conway, AR is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and technology systems across our pediatric care locations.

This role provides remote and on-site support, requires travel within a two-hour radius, and emphasizes strong user service and teamwork with the IT staff. A high school diploma and technical training or certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of IT support experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, software applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Experience troubleshooting basic networking and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support hardware, software, and technology systems.
• Provide technical support to team members both remotely and onsite.
• Travel to Pediatrics Plus locations within approximately a two-hour driving radius for onsite IT support.
• Document work performed, equipment changes, and unresolved issues following site visits.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff and outside providers when needed.
