Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking an ICT Field Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team on-site in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will provide both on-site and remote IT support to domestic and international field offices, helping staff stay productive with hardware, software, and network services.

The role requires strong networking, endpoint management, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with tools like Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong networking knowledge and ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infra.
• Experience with enterprise networking and endpoint management (MDM) solutions.
• Knowledge of satellite-based communications and electrical systems is a plus.
• Biblical Studies credits required or available to complete on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to field offices globally.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot hardware and related OS software.
• Support network design, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Assist with enterprise software configuration and deployment solutions.
• Ensure mission-critical IT solutions are field deployable with ICT teams.
