Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc (comprised of Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group and others) is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites and repair proprietary equipment including kiosks, PCs, networking gear, and vending systems in correctional facilities. The role requires coordinating with the Service Desk for incident handling and performing preventative maintenance.

The candidate must have an associate degree or equivalent and strong communication and technical skills, with ability

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence and present information effectively

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations within the service area to repair equipment
• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines and networking gear
• Coordinate with Service Desk for preventative maintenance and incident resolution
• Document travel time, work performed and WO resolutions in the Work Order system
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed
• Travel throughout assigned territory as required
