Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interact within cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Support: visit client locations to address technical issues and install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Hardware Maintenance: diagnose/repair hardware failures, replace faulty components, perform preventive maintenance.
• Software Support: assist users with installations, updates, patches, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Network Administration: configure/manage routers, switches, firewalls; monitor performance and security.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records of service requests, resolutions, and inventory; prepare reports on system performance.
• Customer Service: communicate effectively with end-users and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to ensure project execution and manage relationships.
