Qualifications

• 4 years of computer network experience.
• Experience with Cisco VOIP/UCCE.
• CCNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide level two support for WANs, LANs, and field servers and applications.
• Liaise between field staff, management, vendors and Corporate IT.
• Identify and report proactive solutions to save costs and improve field efficiency.
• Install, replace, and dispose field computer hardware as needed.
• Manage IT infrastructure at field locations and troubleshoot Cisco VOIP systems.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants for IT services.
