Job summary

Cellular One seeks a Field ISP Technician (Level II) to ensure proper operation of network elements. The role requires installation responsibilities, independent work, and adherence to safety protocols in a mobile environment.

The technician will perform preventative/remedial maintenance, troubleshoot customer issues, and manage communications. Travel and after-hours work are expected as part of this field role.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working alone and unsupervised.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Willingness to work before/after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot network equipment at customer sites.
• Support installation, maintenance, and integration of network hardware.
• Use Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage tickets and communication.
• Identify equipment types and apply proper installation procedures.
• Maintain safety protocols and proper handling of company tools and vehicle.
