MSC Industrial Supply Co. seeks a Solutions Service Specialist to manage inventory at customer sites in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include putting away products, scanning, replenishing VMI and vending solutions, and applying Lean (6S) practices to sustain equipment.

You’ll collaborate with sales and business development to drive retention and revenue through effective solution support, while upholding MSC safety and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain stock levels (min/max) to meet demand.
• Receive, unpack, and put away products at solution points of use.
• Perform basic repairs on solution equipment to spec.
• Log and track daily account activities using routing software.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Promote MSC loyalty through solution support and CARE program execution.
