Job summary

Monarch Inventory Services in St. Louis, MO, seeks an Inventory Supervisor to lead field inventory operations across retail environments. You will manage teams of 2–15 counters, guide counts, and uphold quality and service throughout nationwide assignments.

This field-based leadership role involves approximately 90% field work, 80% travel, and close coordination with clients and store managers to ensure timely, accurate counts and reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Experience leading field inventory teams.
• Comfort with handheld scanners and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field inventory teams of 2–15 members to ensure accurate and efficient counting processes.
• Actively participate in and oversee inventory counts, including high-value or sensitive areas.
• Verify data accuracy through quality control checks and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, store management, and internal leadership teams.
• Prepare and deliver detailed inventory audit reports following Monarch’s standards.
