Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking a motivated, accurate Team Leader to count inventory for major retailers in the Louisville area. Some travel is required, with carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles from your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include data entry via handheld devices, accuracy, and teamwork. Shifts start early (5 a.m. to 7 a.m.). Opportunities for advancement and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to begin work early morning hours, 5 a.m.to 7 a.m. (with centralized meet sites at earlier times). Occasional weekend and evening work available.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Enter data into handheld collection device and use handheld scanner.
• Travel as needed; carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles from territory.
