Purpose

As the Retail Inventory Supervisor at Monarch Inventory Services, you’ll lead field inventory operations across retail environments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and team excellence. You will manage teams of 2–15 inventory counters, guide them through precise and timely counts, and uphold Monarch’s commitment to quality and service. • Supervise field inventory teams of 2–15 members to ensure accurate and efficient counting processes.

Efficiency and Productivity: Ensure team achieves an average rate of 3,000 counted pieces per hour per person. Maintain 4,500 pieces per hour individually.

Team Management and Performance: Minimize employee complaints through proactive leadership and consistent support.

Accuracy of Inventory Counts: Maintain 99% accuracy for financial audits and 99.9% for scanning audits.

Client Satisfaction: Achieve zero client complaints through strong communication and service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (local and nationwide).
• Adaptability to varied site environments (e.g., cold storage, retail spaces, high-bay warehousing).
• Availability for full-time work with varying schedules; 25–30 hours per week during training.
• Comfort using handheld scanners, inventory software, and data entry tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, preferably in inventory or operational settings.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
