Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Area Lead for Safe & Secure to support 20,000+ associates across 200+ locations. You will lead field-level security operations, coordinate with other teams, and ensure safety and asset protection across assigned sites.

The role requires travel (60-75%), strong leadership, and data-driven decision making. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security/asset protection, at least 1 year in multi-site leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Security/Asset Protection experience.
• At least 1 year of multi-site leadership experience.
• Must live within the assigned geographical area and work out of a Carvana location when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Travel between sites in assigned geographical area as needed.
• Work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lead efforts to reduce unit loss from missing units, theft or fraud.
• Support incident management and safety training programs.
• Partner with Inventory Control to track units taken off lot and ensure controls.
• Drive fraud mitigation and safety initiatives across sites.
