Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or medical device distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment of medical devices from Tempe, AZ warehouse to customers nationwide using standard warehouse equipment.
• Partner with transportation providers (primarily FedEx) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport parcels to FedEx locations for late drop-offs.
• Lead physical inventory audits with field sales teams ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Execute inventory transactions including adjustments, sales orders, and replacement orders while maintaining records.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Credits & Returns, Contracts, and Supply Chain to support inventory objectives.
• Provide guidance to field sales on inventory systems and processes, including troubleshooting issues.
• Manage inventory data including shipments, returns, cycle counts, and physical inventory records.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Field Inventory.
• Independently prioritize workload and adapt to changing business needs.
