Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the shipment of medical devices from the Tempe, Arizona warehouse to customers nationwide, utilizing standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrap, label printers, and other shipping tools.
  • Partner closely with transportation providers, primarily FedEx, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Operate a Company Vehicle (van/ pick-up truck) to transport parcels from the warehouse to FedEx locations for late drop offs
  • Lead physical inventory audits with field sales teams, ensuring inventory accuracy through proper documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Execute inventory transactions, including adjustments, sales order processing, and replacement order coordination, while maintaining accurate field inventory records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Credits & Returns, Contracts, and Supply Chain, to support field inventory objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field sales personnel on inventory management systems and processes, including troubleshooting inventory-related technology issues.
  • Manage and maintain inventory-related data, including shipments, returns, cycle counts, and physical inventory records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Field Inventory organization, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independently prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and respond effectively to changing business needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems.
  • Experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or medical device distribution preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required and safely operate standard warehouse equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Requirements:
  • Some college or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of business/warehouse operations

Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

Salary: $22 - $27 USD Hourly depending on experience.

Standard Work Shift would be 11am - 7pm
