Mayo Clinic is seeking a Supply Chain professional at our Phoenix, AZ campus to support receiving, distribution, and inventory control of products. The role emphasizes accuracy, supplier coordination, and process improvement to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of supply chain or related experience.
• Associate's Degree plus 1 year experience may substitute.
• Strong PC skills, communication, problem solving, continuous improvement and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct involvement with departments to support receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing and storage of products.
• Handle a high volume of requests via phone, mail and fax; resolve invoices/receipts issues and expediting/returns with suppliers.
• Research and resolve process issues, ensure data integrity using reports, and support SCM-Logistics on projects.
