Job summary

Acumed LLC seeks a Field Inventory Auditor to ensure accuracy of field inventories by performing regular audits at sales agent locations. You will support reconciliation in SAP, collaborate with sales operations, and help maintain batch traceability.

Qualifications include 2+ years in supply chain or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to hospitals and facilities is required as part of audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics or accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with ERP system using inventory data and metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Exercise sound judgment with an ability to independently conduct research, analyze and discern the cause of discrepancies and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inventory site audits monthly to ensure the accuracy of inventories consigned to sales agents.
• Coordinate and conduct physical inventory counts in each territory (sales rep trunk stock, hospitals/facilities, agent offices and warehouses).
• Complete audit discrepancy analysis and communicate results with appropriate sales partners and sales managers to identify and locate unaccounted inventory.
• Execute required physical inventory reconciliation in SAP and report results to Agent Inventory team and Finance.
• Engage with field sales partners to review inventory management policy, procedure, and best practices.
