RTI International is seeking part-time Field Interviewers to recruit participants for the NSDUH study in Overland Park, KS. You will conduct in-person interviews, discuss the study, and collect confidential data using a tablet and laptop provided by RTI.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, fluent English, and a valid US driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle. Expect a variable schedule, evenings/weekends, and full compliance with training and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication through listening and speaking.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Available for training and data collection period.
• Valid US driver's license with personal vehicle for business use.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet and equipment.
• Access to Wi-Fi for data transmissions and admin tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Travel frequently to selected locations to recruit study participants.
• Make in-person contact with respondents to discuss the study and obtain participation.
• Approach households without a prior appointment.
• Adhere to a schedule set by the Field Supervisor.
• Administer computer-assisted interviews and collect confidential information.
• Submit Time & Expense reports timely and accurately.
• Transmitt data as scheduled and safeguard incentives and equipment.
• Attend scheduled virtual meetings and field supervisor meetings.
• Manage project equipment and complete admin tasks.
