RTI International in Charlotte, NC is seeking part-time Field Interviewers to recruit participants for the NSDUH study. You will conduct in-person interviews, explain the study’s importance, and work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English, reliable transportation, and are comfortable using RTI devices. Training is required, and the role involves travel, data transmission, and safeguarding equipment.

Formación

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication through speech and listening.
• Fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking.
• Available for entire training and data collection period.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable personal automobile.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet, laptop and other equipment.
• Access to password-protected Wi‑Fi for data transmissions.
• Able to keep project information confidential.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and after dark.
• Variable work schedule based on quarterly assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Travel frequently to selected locations to recruit study participants.
• Make in-person contact with respondents to discuss the study and obtain participation.
• Administer computer-assisted interviews and collect confidential information.
• Transmit data as scheduled and complete administrative tasks.
• Safeguard equipment and participant incentives.
• Attend scheduled meetings and participate in trainings.
• Support field observations and follow project team guidance.
