RTI International is seeking part-time Field Interviewers in Manteca, CA to support the NSDUH study. You will recruit participants, conduct interviews, and explain the study’s importance to households while working evenings and weekends.

You must be reliable, comfortable using tablets and laptops, willing to travel, and able to work a variable schedule. A valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Available for entire training and data collection period.
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable personal automobile for business use.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet, laptop and other equipment.
• Access to password-protected Wi‑Fi for data transmissions and responsibilities.
• Confidential handling of project information.
• Willingness to work after dark.
• Regular access to a computer with webcam or internet-enabled device for trainings and meetings.

Responsabilités

• Recruit study participants by making in-person contact in selected locations.
• Discuss the study, answer questions, and obtain participation.
• Adhere to a schedule set by the Field Supervisor for respondent contact times.
• Administer computer-assisted interviews and collect confidential information.
• Attend virtual meetings and complete online trainings as required.
• Transmit data as scheduled and safeguard issued equipment and incentives.
