Job summary

Westat, Inc. is seeking Field Interviewers to conduct MEPS interviews with adults in households across the United States. The role involves in-person and computer-assisted interviewing, data collection, and daily data transmission.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to enter binding confidentiality agreements.
• Must complete mandatory web-based home study training, including MS Teams sessions, between January 4 and January 15, 2027.
• Must travel to in-person training from January 19–25, 2027.
• Must complete post-training home study between January 26–31, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adult household members.
• Contact households in-person or by phone, set appointments, complete interviews, and collect signed documents.
• Transmit electronic data daily and complete administrative paperwork on interview days.
• Travel to MEPS training as required, and perform field data collection across designated areas.
