Job summary

Westat, Inc. seeks Field Interviewers to support the MEPS study, conducting in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults in households across the U.S. You will contact households, set appointments, complete interviews, and collect and submit documents.

This part-time, recurring program runs two data collection periods per year, with training in January 2027 and occasional overnight travel. Evening/weekend hours apply, and data security is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Available for mandatory web-based training and in-person training in Jan 2027.
• Willing to travel locally and occasionally overnight to conduct interviews.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults in households.
• Contact households, set appointments, complete interviews, and collect documents.
• Transmit data daily and comply with data security requirements.
