Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our field team in Texas. You’ll work face-to-face with business owners and managers in a territory, delivering presentations and offering our supplemental insurance products.

This role emphasizes independence, relationship-building, and a high business development pace. You’ll train in our virtual classroom and on-the-ground, with weekly draw pay, commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in B2B selling to SMBs is preferred.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance to small and medium businesses in your territory.
• Present to owners and decision-makers and follow up with employees.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Submit sales metrics daily and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Set your own schedule and manage time effectively.
