Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven outside territory salesperson to grow our supplemental insurance portfolio. You will work with small to mid-size businesses, build a client base, and drive growth through a mix of field visits and remote outreach.

You’ll receive classroom and hands-on training, plus ongoing professional development, with a performance-based path and flexible scheduling. Licenses and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales or leadership experience.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client portfolio within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit new businesses, develop local relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to your manager; log daily activity.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance performance.
