Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas seeks a high-achiever for outside territory sales to grow our client base and help develop the sales team. You’ll engage small to mid-sized businesses with our supplemental insurance products, enjoying autonomy and flexible scheduling.

You’ll train with classroom and hands-on sessions, manage your own schedule, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and earn draw pay plus commissions, bonuses, and stock shares.

Qualifications

• Strong sales drive and ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build client network
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales team
• Visit new businesses and foster relationships with owners
• Develop your own client portfolio
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily activity and results
