Job summary

Kemper Corporation seeks a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent in Dublin, GA to build an established book of business through field visits, profitable policy sales, and premium collections. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and a sign-on bonus, with pay-for-performance potential and opportunities for advancement.

You will visit customers, present Kemper Life products, and maintain relationships while meeting production and service goals in a supported, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits, delivering sales presentations, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Collect premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine.
• Respond to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.
