Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an Installation Supervisor to schedule and manage field installations, ensuring quality, timely completion, and customer service. The role collaborates with Field Managers and reports on field operations to meet installation expectations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in installation or related trades, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow defined scheduling guidelines. Associate degree or trade certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in installation, field services, or construction trades, including coordinating or directing others.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to follow scheduling/assignment guidelines for a defined contractor group or territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintains workforce to support volume and skills required through effective recruitment practices.
• Monitors and balances installation contractor workforce per company standards.
• Provides feedback to installers on outcomes vs. standards and holds them accountable.
• Maintains relationships while enforcing installation standards and expectations.
• Communicates challenges, changes, and expectations with installers.
• Ensures contractors adhere to compliance standards and notifies of upcoming changes.
• Provides guidance to address product challenges and installation requirements.
• Instructs and directs install crews and subcontractors to meet expectations.
• Ensures work orders reflect services and materials used per guidelines.
• Assigns optimal labor based on geography, capabilities, and capacities for on-time installations.
• Maintains daily status updates with installers and assists in issue resolution.
• Ensures crews follow required safety practices.
