Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Supervisor for field installations to lead a team of 5–6 installers and coordinate on-site activities. You will schedule daily tasks, monitor safety, and ensure quality across projects involving doors, frames, and hardware.

The role requires hands-on experience with power tools and physical fitness to lift 25–50 lbs regularly, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with project managers and installers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. frequently.
• Experience using power tools, such as saws and drills.
• Industry experience with installation of building materials preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise team of field installers.
• Assist with installation as necessary.
• Supervise approximately 5-6 Installers.
• Attend job site weekly meetings.
• Liaison between Installers and Project Managers.
• Keep detailed records of installation requirements and project specs.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.
