Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee installation projects from start to finish. This role includes scheduling, on-site supervision, quality control, and ensuring safety regulations are followed.

You will lead crews, coordinate with the Installation Manager, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience), 1+ year in a similar role, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, doors, frames, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams efficiently.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and independently manage assigned installation projects.
• Oversee installation crews and ensure adherence to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain safety paperwork and PPE compliance on each site.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for material deliveries and inventory.
• Complete daily Field Service Reports and ensure accurate labor/hour records.
