Job summary

The American Woodmark Corporation is seeking a Field Installation and Service Supervisor to oversee all field installation related services for the builder center, including administrative, field, service, and maintenance responsibilities.

You will coordinate the work of field service and contract workers, manage schedules, measure sites, and ensure accuracy of master blue books while maintaining strong relationships with builders and trade subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in building construction, operations management, business or related field.
• Field experience in construction industry with cabinet installation, service, and subcontractor management preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with building superintendents and subcontractors.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process layouts, customer orders, billings, and installer payroll.
• Schedule work and review/approve installer and service technician expense reports.
• Produce weekly activity and service reports, monthly service forecasts and mileage reports.
• Perform field measuring and issue correction requests.
• Walk houses and obtain sign-offs; verify measurements against master blue books.
• Coordinate field service with installers and subcontractors; supervise field staff.
• Pull and deliver cabinets or parts to job sites as needed.
• Record vehicle mileage and maintain service tools and equipment.
