Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, is seeking a supervisor to oversee the installation of pre-fabricated components on customer sites. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with sales and fabrication, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 5 years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read schedules and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules installs by coordinating with sales commitments/releases and fabrication loads.
• Monitors installation schedule to coordinate delivery of materials, sequencing of installers and equipment usage.
• Troubleshoots problems on the installation site and resolves quality issues with subcontractors.
