Job summary

Corporate Interiors, Inc. is seeking an Installation Foreman to oversee on-site installation crews, ensure quality and on-time completion within budget. You will coordinate with general contractors, electricians, and installers to deliver furniture and systems.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to review plans, train staff, and communicate progress to project managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Supervises a crew for installation projects.
• Reviews plans to meet customer deadlines.
• Keeps detailed records and communicates progress.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate shop equipment.
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card for appropriate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew for delivery, staging, and building of product and completion of installations.
• Reviews job plans/folders to ensure job/project is completed within customer expectations and deadlines.
• Keeps detailed records of all job activities and communicates them to customers, project managers, sales reps, management, and schedulers.
• Participates in determining labor requirements and pricing as needed.
• Reviews installation folders to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate; ensures tools and parts are available.
• Attends job meetings and collaborates with internal/external teams to reach goals.
• Completes daily time/job sheets for all manpower on the job.
• Provides daily progress reports to project managers, schedulers, and sales staff.
• Trains new installers on products, installations, and company policies.
