Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field operations or similar roles.
• Driver's license valid is required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Experience coordinating multi-location field teams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at client meetings and maintain relationships.
• Drive profitability by managing expenses and optimizing ops.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field staff and supervisors.
• Recruit, hire, and train field personnel and maintain staffing levels.
• Schedule manpower and ensure workload coverage across sites.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and quality on projects.
• Perform site visits to verify QC and client spec conformance.
• Support newer staff onsite and escalate issues as needed.
