Upcoresolutions seeks a Field Installation Manager to lead high-volume commercial door and gate service operations in the Greater Sacramento area. This hands-on, field-driven role focuses on troubleshooting, estimating, scheduling, and supporting installation crews.

The ideal candidate brings strong service-based experience and can manage multiple jobs, crews, and customer needs in real time, with a commitment to safety and quality standards during a 6‑month training period.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial door and gate service/installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose field issues.
• Experience running estimates and coordinating service work.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across 10–20 active service jobs.
• Troubleshoot field issues and remotely support technicians by phone.
• Run service estimates and scope job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule 1–2 person installation/service crews.
• Source parts, materials, and equipment for repairs and installs.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Support safety compliance with ADA, fire code, etc.
• Partner with leadership during a 6-month training period.
