Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; OSHA 10/30 safety training is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in field service or technical roles with leadership exposure.
• Experience installing commercial doors, frames and hardware with safety compliance.
• Experience using ERP and Office software for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install and service doors, frames and hardware per contract.
• Lead and motivate a team of field service technicians on projects.
• Oversee daily operations to meet safety and client specifications.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain inventory and prepare daily ERP Acumatica reports.
• Assist with client communications and progress updates.
