Job summary

Unified Door & Hardware Group is seeking a dependable Field Installer to support commercial projects from the ground up. Responsibilities include measuring door openings, monitoring field work for quality and compliance, and ensuring timely installations in coordination with the VP of Field Operations.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of construction methods, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage records and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction methods and procedures.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Good time management and professional appearance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of hollow metal door and frame is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & office coordination: data entry, phones, emails, filing.
• Field operations: measure door openings, observe progress, ensure compliance with plans.
• Repair & record management: schedule repairs and maintain records.
• Safety: maintain clean, safe warehouse and follow OSHA requirements.
• Physical requirements: heavy lifting, long hours driving or operating equipment.
